Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Procurement Manager (Leather Industry, $4000, ID19945)
- Manage purchasing activities for both domestic and international markets.
- Source and procure raw materials (leather) for production, equipment/machinery for the factory, and office supplies when required.
- Oversee and coordinate with related departments such as Merchandising, Warehouse, Shipping, and Production.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems.
- Negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor cost efficiency, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the purchasing team.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 35–45.
- Vietnamese or Expat candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within leather manufacturing (bags, wallets, belts).
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
