Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Procurement Supervisor (Agricultural Products, $1150, ID21206)
- Manage procurement contracts for raw materials.
- Check and verify import/export documentation.
- Arrange and monitor delivery schedules and plans.
- Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials.
- Supervise raw material warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Collaborate with related departments to maintain smooth operational processes.
- Train, guide, and support team members while monitoring their performance.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team to enhance procurement and logistics efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and standardize warehouse procedures and operational workflows.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 30–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, specializing in purchasing agricultural products for manufacturing/production; experience in green coffee bean procurement is preferred
- Fluent in English
