Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Procurement Supervisor (Food, $1000, ID 19904):
- Oversee daily sourcing, purchasing, and ordering activities for fresh products.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockout risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and quality-related issues.
- Support price negotiations and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
- Track and report key KPIs such as stock availability, fill rate, and input costs.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouses and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term cooperation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirement
- Male/Female, preferably 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, FMCG, trading, fresh produce, or agricultural products (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English for daily work
