Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production And Customer Service Specialist (Electronics,$600, ID 16936):
- Handle and resolve issues related to goods in the production line at the customer's company
- Analyze process errors and report defective goods in the production line to the company.
- Check the production plan, arrange models and quantities for the lines, then inspect the output of qualified and defective goods and report daily to the company.
- Maintain good relationships with material suppliers and the customer company.
Requirement
- Male / Female, under 30 years old
- Graduated from university
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong relationship-building skills, ability to assess situations, patience, and accurate reporting capabilities
