Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Engineer ($600, ID17177):
- Analyze scrap rate, material loss, productivity, and identify key issues using QC tools
- Observe, record, and report production problems; predict potential issues
- Conduct root cause analysis using 5W1H and QC tools; propose countermeasures
- Collaborate with related departments to set improvement targets
- Develop and implement improvement plans for production lines
- Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure effectiveness and safety
- Standardize improvements into procedures and documents
- Update and share new improvements; train staff and workers
Requirement
- Male/Female, 23–30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields
- At least 2 years of PE experience in manufacturing companies
- Good at English communication (for reporting and interviews)
