Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Production Engineer (Manufacturing, ID 19957) at a foreign-invested company and earn $800/month:
- Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and inspecting the condition of equipment (Dispenser, Plasma, Laser, Coating) according to checklists before each production shift.
- Programming & Development: Setting up new programs, conducting trial runs, and calibrating machines to support model changes or new product development.
- Performance Optimization: Analyzing and improving takt time and minimizing loss time (downtime) to maximize equipment capacity.
- Production Transfer: Coordinating with R&D to evaluate materials/technical conditions, issuing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and preparing resources for mass production.
- Reporting: Performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Requirement
- Male, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with automated dispensers, laser cutting machines, and camera inspection systems (Vision systems).
- Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for technical drawing and design.
- Basic English proficiency
