Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, Negotiate, ID15510)

• Controlling production activities, ensuring the completion of tasks according to the plan 
• Receive, review and approve plans and reports to implement production plan
• Control all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products.
• Proposing the purchase of new equipment 
• Coordinate with related departments to build production process, product quality management process
• Proposing innovation method to Technician
• Select and train supervisors and team leaders in the Production floor. 

• Male/Female; 35 - 45 years old.
• Graduated from University in related majors.
• At least 5 years of experience as a production manager in the jacket/ sportswear/ outdoor garment industry with a scale of 500 workers
• Good at English 4 skills
