Job Description
Production Staff (ID 17555) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $700/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage and allocate manpower to ensure production efficiency.
- Train and supervise workers while overseeing their working hours.
- Inspect machinery, monitor capacity, and manage inventory flow.
- Plan maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and report issues.
- Maintain work standards and improve quality and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and update ISO & environmental standards.
- Develop flexible production plans and execute assigned tasks
Requirement
- Male, 25 years or older
- Graduated from University in economics, management, or engineering.
- At least 1 year experience in production management in Japanese companies.
- Good at English
- Strategic thinking, data analysis, and process improvement skills.
- Strong management, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
