Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Supervisor in Bien Hoa:
- Monitoring the efficient operation of production staff
- Ensure to meet the plan of receiving, manufacturing, and shipping.
- Ensuring the product meets the quality standards and food hygiene and safety.
- Ensuring training / guidance is given to staff
- Timely report all incidents in the factory.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all production lines. Ensure safety regulations are followed in the workplace;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all company employees

Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 25-35
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Good in English communication
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel)
- 03 years experience as a production supervisor or a similar management position in processing food, packing technology… or a related field preferred
