Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Development Manager ($1000, ID16901)
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth needs assessments and clarifying the scope of each project.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals and cost estimates.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, offering continuous support to the project team and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and ensure timely renewal of agreements.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager, reporting on project status, progress, and key achievements.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in BPO/service industry.
- Good English skills
- Project management, team leadership, proficiency in MS Office
