Job Description

- Manage projects in Vietnam from NPI to Mass Production, acting as the internal project coordinator at the Vietnam plant.
- Perform cross-border project management responsibilities, overseeing and controlling the overall project schedule and progress.
- Monitor and manage project timelines of local suppliers surrounding the Vietnam plant.
- Lead customer audits and factory evaluations conducted in Vietnam.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer visits to Vietnam.
- Manage handover processes and logistics operations during the mass production phase.
- Collect product, market, customer expansion strategies, and new technology information from clients to support internal decision-making.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 4–5 years of experience in project management for electronics manufacturing plants, covering the process from NPI to Mass Production.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
- Strong experience in project coordination and timeline management.
