Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Management Specialist  (Manufacturing, $1200, ID20001):
1. Quotation & Pre-Sales Phase
  • Analysis: Review and analyze client project dossiers and technical specifications.
  • BOM Development: Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on technical requirements.
  • Procurement: Send RFQs (Request for Quotations) and negotiate terms with suppliers.
  • Technical Communication: Handle technical translations and prepare professional quotations for clients.
2. Project Execution & Management
  • End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle after receiving a Purchase Order (PO).
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Execute purchasing, monitor supplier lead times, and ensure material quality.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with production departments to oversee manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Track project progress, document issues, and implement effective solutions for any arising challenges.
  • Sourcing: Proactively search for and expand the supply chain and vendor network.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge or experience in mechanical welding is a significant plus.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

    • Solid understanding of machining, welding, and assembly processes.

    • Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).

  • Data & Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for analyzing large data sets and dossiers.
  • Languages: Professional English proficiency is mandatory (for technical translation and client communication).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, professional work ethic, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
