Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Management Specialist (Manufacturing, $1200, ID20001):

1. Quotation & Pre-Sales Phase
- Analysis: Review and analyze client project dossiers and technical specifications.
- BOM Development: Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on technical requirements.
- Procurement: Send RFQs (Request for Quotations) and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Technical Communication: Handle technical translations and prepare professional quotations for clients.
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle after receiving a Purchase Order (PO).
- Supply Chain Coordination: Execute purchasing, monitor supplier lead times, and ensure material quality.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with production departments to oversee manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.
- Problem Solving: Track project progress, document issues, and implement effective solutions for any arising challenges.
- Sourcing: Proactively search for and expand the supply chain and vendor network.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge or experience in mechanical welding is a significant plus.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
- Technical Skills:

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Solid understanding of machining, welding, and assembly processes.

Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).

- Data & Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for analyzing large data sets and dossiers.
- Languages: Professional English proficiency is mandatory (for technical translation and client communication).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, professional work ethic, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
