Job Description
- Request quotations and prepare pricing quotes for each project to be sent to the head office in the U.S.;
- Receive orders from the U.S. head office;
- Monitor orders from the time they are placed until shipment and address any quality issues that arise after delivery;
- Communicate regularly with relevant departments at the U.S. head office to ensure clear and continuous information flow regarding orders and shipments;
- Provide suppliers with full and clear information to ensure they understand the product, quality requirements, packaging standards, and drop test requirements;
- Report order progress and frequently check production status at suppliers’ factories;
- Ensure suppliers deliver on time and meet quality standards;
- Handle documentation and payment-related matters for the orders;
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements;
- Collaborate with internal departments to complete assigned tasks.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Age: 25–45
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality furniture industry
- Proficient in English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
- Have experience in reading technical drawings, extracting details from drawings, and preparing quotations.
