Purchasing Leader (Electronics)

Job Detail

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Purchasing Leader (Electronics, $950, ID21234)

Manage and oversee all SCM functions, including Procurement, Materials Planning, Inventory Control, and Outsourcing Management.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the SCM team to ensure smooth operations and timely material supply.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality issues.
Source and develop qualified suppliers to achieve cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate with QC and suppliers to resolve material quality issues and ensure compliance documentation requirements.
Work closely with the Import & Export team and headquarters to arrange material imports and resolve logistics-related issues.
Review customer forecasts and delivery orders, monitor material availability, and manage purchasing activities to support production plans.
Support new product/sample projects through material planning, procurement, and delivery tracking.
Manage purchasing budgets, accounts payable, and supplier payment coordination.
Monitor inventory accuracy, prepare monthly inventory reports, and develop annual purchasing plans.
Provide procurement and inventory data to support accounting, customs, and annual audit requirements.

Male/Female, preferably aged between 30 and 40.
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies, preferably in the electronics, garment, or footwear industries.
Proficient in either English or Korean.
Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to analyze financial data and understand tax implications related to procurement and purchasing activities.
