Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Purchasing Leader (Electronics, $950, ID21234)
  • Manage and oversee all SCM functions, including Procurement, Materials Planning, Inventory Control, and Outsourcing Management.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the SCM team to ensure smooth operations and timely material supply.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality issues.
  • Source and develop qualified suppliers to achieve cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with QC and suppliers to resolve material quality issues and ensure compliance documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with the Import & Export team and headquarters to arrange material imports and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Review customer forecasts and delivery orders, monitor material availability, and manage purchasing activities to support production plans.
  • Support new product/sample projects through material planning, procurement, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage purchasing budgets, accounts payable, and supplier payment coordination.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, prepare monthly inventory reports, and develop annual purchasing plans.
  • Provide procurement and inventory data to support accounting, customs, and annual audit requirements.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, preferably aged between 30 and 40.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies, preferably in the electronics, garment, or footwear industries.
  • Proficient in either English or Korean.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to analyze financial data and understand tax implications related to procurement and purchasing activities.
