Job Description

Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Purchasing Staff (Furniture, $750, ID19731)
  • Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on pricing, purchase orders, and contracts (including commercial contracts, office construction contracts, and framework agreements); handling purchase requests (PR), VAT invoices, warranty documentation, payment arrangements, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy records.
  • Source products and materials for projects; conduct stock checking and availability verification.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and provide coordination support to other teams when required.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, review, and verify the completeness and legal compliance of all project invoices and supporting documents in accordance with government regulations; reconcile input and output VAT invoices, prepare income and comparison reports, and complete all required documentation in compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female, aged 25–34.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Language: Good English communication skills; capable of preparing reports and communicating directly with Japanese Directors/Managers.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Purchasing Officer role within the interior, finishing construction materials, or related industries.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
