Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Leader (Manufacturing) ($500, ID17471)
- Establish and revise inspection standards for dimensions, appearance, limit samples, and packaging standards for plastic components
- Receive and process customer complaints and feedback regarding product quality, coordinate with relevant departments to analyze root causes, propose countermeasures, and prepare reports for customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, plan responses to customer audits, and submit supporting evidence.
- Develop and implement quality improvement activities, applying tools such as FMEA and FTA.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduated from college in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, etc.
- Have 1 year of QA experience in a factory with 500+ employees, with experience in auditing customer.
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
- Can communicate in English to interact with customers; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
