- Establish and implement quality standards for products and services.
- Monitor quality testing processes and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Train employees on quality procedures and ensure consistent understanding and application across teams.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential issues that may affect product delivery timelines and pricing.
- Provide planning information to the QA team to ensure timely final audits.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external QA officers during on-site inspections.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Define quality benchmarks based on customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and metrics related to quality performance and compliance activities.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with factory management and buyers to support smooth production processes.
- Create and execute daily work plans for the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of finished goods throughout production.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old
- Graduate from University
- 5 years of experience in similar position in sweaters manufacturing company
- Proficient in English
