- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and reliability from NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
- Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
- Manage the documentation of test procedures, results, and quality standards to ensure traceability and
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce failure rates.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Perform daily field inspections to verify the contractor’s work complies with the project specifications and applicable codes.
- Control of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment
Requirement
- Male, 30-40 years old
- Graduated with a related major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the QA/QC field, and at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Both verbal and written English must be excellent
