Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Coating, $1900, ID 20006)
- Develop and implement QM/QA/QC systems and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor product quality, conduct root cause analysis (8D, RCA) and manage CAPA
- Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions
- Oversee incoming material inspection and supplier quality management
- Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
- Establish SOPs, quality standards, FMEA, SPC
- Manage and develop the quality team (Product Quality & Customer/Compliance)
- Collaborate with global teams on quality standards
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experienceas a Quality Manager in manufacturing companies: coating, chemical, printing, or garment industries.
- Hands-on experience working with multi-color products, with a solid understanding of color mixing and color inspection/control
- Good at English
