Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Quality Supervisor (Chinese & English, 1400$, ID19990)
- Developed and implemented QMS aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards.
- Led cross-functional teams to define responsibilities, establish procedures, WIs, and control plans.
- Managed internal, customer, and third-party audits; ensured timely closure of findings.
- Drove continuous improvement and ensured effective system implementation in operations.
- Supervised incoming quality control and supplier quality (SQE); handled customer complaints and root cause analysis.
- Collected and analyzed quality data; reported performance to Plant Manager.
- Trained inspectors on inspection methods and measurement tools.
- Managed laboratory operations, including testing procedures, equipment checks, and validation planning.
- Established calibration plans and controlled inspection tools.
- Coordinated product certification processes and maintained certification documents.
- Controlled departmental budget, training plans, and skill matrix.
- Led OHS activities: policy implementation, risk assessment, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaised with authorities and external auditors; managed OHS documentation and audits.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 30–45
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 8D problem-solving methodology, and experience in conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
