Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food, Negotiable, ID20046)
- Manage and supervise QA team activities
- Implement, maintain, and improve food safety systems (BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, FSMA)
- Conduct and organize internal audits
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, WI, and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and internal non-conformities
- Support and lead external audits from certification bodies
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management
- Develop SOPs and quality procedures
- Drive continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen)
- Coordinate with related departments
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
- 3–5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (mandatory)
- Experience with food safety standards (BRC, FSSC, IFS, SQF, FSMA)
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
