Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a R&D Executive (Garment, ID-17443)
- Receive and process development fabric requests from customers, negotiating development terms as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop samples according to customer requirements.
- Oversee the sample development process, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Conduct follow-ups, quality checks, and submit finished samples to customers, Sales, or Merchandising as required.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduated from college, prioritize for major related to lab environment, sewing technology
- Have 2 years of experience in R&D within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of fabric development, production processes, and quality control.
- Good at English or Korean
