Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Recruitment Deputy Manager in Ha Noi:

• Recruitment planning and management for all positions for the factory
• Participate in the entire recruitment process
• Orientation training
• Making reports and analyzing data related to recruitment activities
• Control the number of employees of all departments
• Responsible for training new staffs and monitoring recruitment performance of the department
• Other jobs as assigned by the manager

• Male/Female; Ages: 30-40 years old
• Education: Graduated from university in administration, human resources and related fields
• Experience: at least 3-5 years in the same management position
• Strong experience in recruitment for the factory
• Good at English or Korean
