Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Recruitment Executive (Manufacturing, $700, ID-17439)
- Collaborate with departments to identify hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Advertise job vacancies across various platforms (Facebook, VietnamWorks, TopCV, CareerLink, etc.).
- Proactively source, screen, and connect with potential candidates through different channels.
- Arrange and participate in interviews, assessing candidates against job requirements.
- Manage and grow the talent pool to support future recruitment needs.
- Strengthen employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize the hiring process.
- Assist in employee training and development initiatives when required.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the recruitment for garment manufacturing companies
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through online and offline channels
- Good at English for 4 skills
