Job Description

Location: MD Complex, 68 Nguyễn Cơ Thạch, Hà Nội
Duration: 4 – 6 months
Department: Recruitment Consultant Team
Reports To: Manager / Recruitment Team Leader
 
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our team at HRchannels Headhunter. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry. You will assist with sourcing, screening, database management, and administrative recruitment tasks, while gaining insight into agency-based hiring across different industries and job levels.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist consultants in posting job ads on job boards and social media platforms
  • Source and screen candidate resumes based on specific job descriptions
  • Upload candidate CVs and relevant information into the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintain and update candidate records with status changes
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job details, and application updates
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings, where appropriate, under supervision
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and weekly reports
  • Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for ongoing client requirements

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Interest in recruitment, or human resources industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or online job portals is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
