Job Description
HRchannels, a leading executive recruitment consulting firm in Vietnam and Asia with 17 years of operation, is currently hiring a Recruitment Specialist.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with Business Development Team to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, internal databases, job boards, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement within target sectors.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate salary packages between the client and the candidate.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, placement rate, candidate satisfaction) and prepare regular updates for clients or internal stakeholders.
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum 1year in recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in negotiations.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn , Boolean search).
- Languages: Proficiency in English is often required; additional languages are a plus.
- Base Salary and Commission.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses ranging from 1 to 4 months’ salary, depending on individual and company results.
