Job Description

1.Manage the sales team, adjust or guide the business visit plan strategy, maintain and expand new business.                        
2.Mainly responsible for the development of Vietnam's electronic or automotive on-site quality inspection business needs, docking the business development of Vietnam's local and Vietnamese customers in Southeast Asia and other overseas regions.                        
3.Understand the progress of the order and timely feedback the customer's problem requirements, properly resolve customer complaints, and reduce risk losses.                        
4.Promote new business models and formulate marketing plans.                        
5.Promote the work of sales engineers and support personnel training.                        
6.Weekly business meetings are held to discuss business progress and promptly follow up the billing and refund of the business assistance.                        
7. Coordinate the work communication between subordinates and promote the fast/efficient processing of related work.                        
8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Education: Bachelor or higher
Major:  International financial trade, marketing management
Experience:  More than 8 years of team management experience, automotive/Electronics industry testing background is preferred, familiar with Vietnam's local electronics and automotive industry customers
Skill Fluent English
