Job Description

Business Strategy and Marketing Planning for the Company
-
Analyze the overall market, forecast trends, and develop mid-term (3 years) and long-term (5 years) strategies to meet the company's strategic goals.

Develop/implement strategies to achieve sales/marketing goals and expand the customer base to achieve financial targets.

Monitor the business and financial status of current and potential clients to advise the President on the most effective business strategies.

Implementing Marketing and Sales Activities

Organize and execute marketing plans and advertising plans. Monitor execution and report results.

Identify marketing opportunities by researching and analyzing sales and market data.

Forecast and deploy annual revenue quotas. Analyze trends and results; establish pricing strategy; propose sales and competitive prices.

Plan and control the brand image on digital media channels.

Conduct research to find new markets and identify customer needs.
-
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Be responsible for the company's sales revenue.

Handle customer information, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.

Pre-approve estimated FOB costs, detailed calculations, and actual costs for each order before submitting to the Director.

Customer Relations

Maintain good relationships with old customers and develop new potential partners abroad. Handle customer complaints and inquiries.

Promote/nurture effective relationships with current decision-makers and potential clients.

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and adjust products accordingly.

Convey and propose the values delivered to customers (with specific plans).

Build customer data, create a database of potential customers.

Conduct periodic customer research and surveys, and plan to improve the company's services to meet customer requirements.

Managing Product Research and Development (R&D)

Build the structure and functions of the R&D Department.

Be responsible for developing product development plans from design/material selection/sample making/... ensuring alignment with the company's direction and market needs.

Analyze/research the market and consumer buying patterns & predict future trends (to serve as materials for product R&D).

Influence customers by developing advanced technology to create new solutions.

Identify and implement improvements to the company's products.

In charge of sourcing

Develop and implement fabric sourcing strategies.

Inspect and negotiate with fabric suppliers/internal customers for the best prices and quality.

Monitor quality issues with suppliers based on feedback from other departments.

Build sustainable relationships with fabric suppliers.

Managing and supervising department activities
-
Manage and operate all activities of the Business - Marketing Department, including strategic planning, recruitment and training for employees, task assignment, support, and process development.

Establish monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs and feedback.

Increase profitability by minimizing costs, managing work performance, and developing new customers.

Develop, guide, and train employees into a good standard team, motivated, capable of maximizing their potential for the common development of the company.

Requirement
- Male/Female:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in same position for garment/textile industries
- B2B sales for EU, US markets
- Good at English.
