Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Director (B2B, Open for Korean Expats, $8000, ID20005):

- Establish and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure large-scale catering contracts.
- Conduct market sensing to build and maintain a robust Sales Database.
- Build and manage high-level networks with key decision-makers (Key Men) and stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end bidding and proposal process.
- Provide expert coaching to the sales team on proposal planning and presentation.
- Monitor project feasibility through rigorous P&L reviews and performance tracking.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable business terms.
- Finalize and manage the legal execution of contracts.
- Manage the transition of the Sales Support team (4 local staff) under the Sales Division
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in B2B Sales or a related field. Experience in large-scale catering or B2B sales within major corporations is highly preferred.
- Local Expertise: Proven track record of working in Vietnam with a strong existing professional network.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional capability in network expansion and strategic problem-solving.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
