Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Director (B2B, Open for Korean Expats, $8000, ID20005):
1. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Establish and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure large-scale catering contracts.
  • Conduct market sensing to build and maintain a robust Sales Database.
  • Build and manage high-level networks with key decision-makers (Key Men) and stakeholders.
2. Process Management & Coaching
  • Oversee the end-to-end bidding and proposal process.
  • Provide expert coaching to the sales team on proposal planning and presentation.
  • Monitor project feasibility through rigorous P&L reviews and performance tracking.
3. Negotiation & Closing
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable business terms.
  • Finalize and manage the legal execution of contracts.
  • Manage the transition of the Sales Support team (4 local staff) under the Sales Division

Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in B2B Sales or a related field. Experience in large-scale catering or B2B sales within major corporations is highly preferred.
  • Local Expertise: Proven track record of working in Vietnam with a strong existing professional network.
  • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional capability in network expansion and strategic problem-solving.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
