Salary up to $3000++/month awaits! We are recruiting Sales Director (Industrial Real Estate, ID 18041) for a local company

Propose market development plans, strategic directions, and target customer segments.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors to develop appropriate investment promotion strategies for each phase.
Recruit, train, and coach the sales team.
Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate team performance based on KPIs.
Proactively seek and build relationships with foreign investors (FDI) interested in leasing/purchasing industrial land, factories, warehouses, offices, etc.
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with investment promotion agencies, business associations, international trade organizations, etc.
Directly participate in negotiations with major and strategic clients.
Provide guidance on investment procedures and coordinate with relevant departments to complete legal documentation (IRC, ERC, etc.).
Monitor and support clients throughout the project implementation process.
Plan and organize investment promotion seminars, conferences, and events domestically and internationally.
Welcome and work with survey delegations, organizations, and international partners.
Update information on the industrial real estate market, competitors, and investment policies.
Analyze and compile reports for the Board of Directors to support management and strategic planning.

Under 50 years old
Fluent in English and basic Chinese
University degree or higher
At least 10 years of experience in industrial real estate, and a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Director role in the industrial real estate sector for FDI enterprises (from China, Korea, Japan, etc.)
