- Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and performance goals.
- Actively expand and manage the customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Conduct client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Deliver engaging technical and commercial presentations to prospective customers.
- Develop accurate proposals and quotations in coordination with the Sales Administration and Technical Support teams.
- Participate in tender processes and manage project bids effectively.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
- Supervise project schedules and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Monitor key delivery milestones and ensure prompt follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate client visits, factory tours, and site inspections.
- Manage contract modifications, change orders, and all relevant documentation.
- Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, professional forums, and engineering associations.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including sales forecasts, confirmed orders, and project progress updates.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 27–45.
- Indonesian nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other Engineering fields, International Trade, or Business Administration.
- At least 1years of experience as a Sales or Technical in the steel structure/pre-engineered steel building industry.
- Proficient in software: MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
