Job Description

- Market Development: Implement sales programs and expand the customer base in Da Nang and neighboring areas.
- Technical Consulting: Identify customer needs, provide technical advice, and persuade clients to purchase measuring equipment and mechanical tools.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for customer growth and revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and propose strategies for approaching and caring for clients within the assigned region.
- Branch Representation: Act as the brand representative at the branch; consult on and optimize workflow processes for the Representative Office.
- Reporting: Provide periodic or ad-hoc reports on branch activities and market trends to the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Technical fields (Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Mechatronics, etc.) or in Marketing and Business Administration.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role; proven track record in selling mechanical tools, measuring equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Proficient in English.
