- Develop existing and potential new customers with needs for lamination, waterproof membrane application, and finishing services.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers by regularly identifying new needs and gauging their satisfaction.
- Understand processing requirements, such as fabric types, end-use purposes, and processing methods.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on pricing, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Support sample arrangement and confirm sample effectiveness with the technical department.
- Collaborate with factory technicians to improve specific items upon customer request.
- Responsible for placing processing orders, confirming quantities, fabric types, delivery timelines, packaging methods, etc.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure on-time delivery and stable product quality.
- Handle quality issues and provide after-sales service.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 25-35 years old
- College or university graduate or higher.
- Proficient in English and Chinese for communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in the textile industry, garment manufacturing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
