Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Executive (Tire, $1000++, ID15234)

  • Create a monthly sales strategy broken out by dealer, product, and account expansion. 
  • Oversee distributors (finance, inventory, etc.) and offer assistance to guarantee that the monthly sales plans are delivered.
  • Find new distributors each month to increase the number of sales channels
  • Maintain the current fleets and raise the BS in-house share in those fleets.
  • Find more prospective employees to help with the growing sell-out 
  • Help distributors establish a sales connection with sub-dealers
  • Develop Sub-dealer to become a distributor or direct dealer 
  • Getting input from customers and resolving their complaints 
  • Analyze the market and suggest a new candidate to create a sales channel.
  • Find important sources of development for the upcoming year in the area of responsibility. 
  • Analyze and revise demand forecasts (dealer and SKU) in light of market data. 
  • Oversee local staff's activities, provide coaching, review the local staff's route plan, and evaluate their performance
  • Perform administrative tasks, trade activities, promotions, and follow-up reporting to the leader 
  • Participate in and assist with marketing campaigns, conferences, and events. 


  • Male. Age: 25 - 40 years old
  • Graduated from university, technical major is preferred.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in selling products such as spare parts, electronics, lubricants, and tires.
  • Having experience in managing Agent and Dealer systems is a must
  • Good command of English (4 skills)
  • Ability to go on business trips
