Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within the chemical or closely related industry
- Proven track record in selling chemical products (especially solvents or similar categories)
- In-depth understanding of the chemical market, including competitors, trends, and growth opportunities
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management
