  • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver assigned revenue and growth objectives at both team and individual levels.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pricing, volume management, order handling, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and collaborate with Finance on credit evaluations and proposals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, address challenges, and adjust action plans.
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) for senior management.
  • Design and implement training programs to develop and upgrade the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Identify potential risks in sales activities and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, 35-50 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within the chemical or closely related industry
  • Proven track record in selling chemical products (especially solvents or similar categories)
  • In-depth understanding of the chemical market, including competitors, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management
