Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Cleaning Chemicals, 1200$, ID 16867):

Develop quarterly and annual business plans for the Department according to the company's business goals
Research the market and competitors to find the most effective and suitable customer approach and sales strategies.
Evaluate the department's business results and propose solutions for improvement.
Search, build, develop new customers and maintain relationships, effectively support existing customers in the Foodservice industry.
Develop and manage the Distributor system.
Make calls, visit and provide technical support, maintain good relationships and promptly grasp the needs and difficulties of customers to provide technical support plans, propose products, quotes and appropriate solutions and services for customers.
Record customer feedback on products and services to work with related departments in the company to improve and enhance the company's products and services.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement projects on new products and equipment.
Prepare bidding documents, and periodically monitor and discuss with strategic customers about contract renewal.
Manage and develop staff training
Train staff to ensure that they have full knowledge of products, understand working processes, grasp customer interaction processes, to ensure maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the partnership.
Evaluate staff performance quarterly and annually
Report promptly and promptly necessary information during the process of working with customers to the Board of Directors
