Strategy & Revenue: Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales plans for concrete admixtures and construction chemicals. Take direct responsibility for Sales KPIs and targets.

Market Development: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) plants, major contractors, consultants, and project developers.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, inspire, and monitor the performance of the Northern sales team.

Financial Management: Monitor and expedite debt collection (AR), ensuring healthy cash flow and minimizing bad debts according to group policy.

Technical Synergy: Collaborate closely with R&D and Factory Technical teams to provide optimized product solutions meeting specific project requirements.
