- Responsible for the sales growth of high-voltage products in both local and overseas markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Research and evaluate bidding opportunities in the electrical sector.
- Plan and prepare bidding documents, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the quality and timely submission of bids.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing for electrical products.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in High Voltage product.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in New Business Development and Tenders & Bidding processes.
- Established network within national grid operators and electrical contractors.
