Job Description

$2,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Manager (Food Ingredients, ID17452) for a foreign investment company:
  • Develops a client visit schedule for the upcoming week
  • Efficiently oversees the assigned team, drives sales growth, and broadens the range of ingredient offerings, not only to designated customers but also to new clients acquired by the team.
  • Conducts client visits to improve service quality, boost sales and profit margins on repeat orders, and identify new business opportunities, ingredients, and potential customers.
  • Collaborates with the Technical Team, and Group Sales Coordinator to prepare, submit, and track quotations and samples, ensuring proper follow-up and feedback.
  • Supervises the Food Sales Coordinator to guarantee that all emails and documents sent to relevant suppliers and customers are accurate and timely.
  • Guides and mentors the Food Sales Coordinator to ensure diligent follow-up on all orders and secure repeat transactions.
  • Compiles a Weekly Summary Report covering client inquiries, sales figures, and market updates (categorized by client, supplier, and product) to support the development of the team’s sales strategies.
  • Proactively supports clients in product innovation to drive business growth and revenue by sharing regular updates from the technical team, personal expertise, and market trends.
  • Identifies and escalates any client-related issues (e.g., shipment delays) to the Business Manager for resolution.
  • Aids the Credit & Collection Department in monitoring the payments of assigned clients.
  • Keeps track of ongoing business activities, including L/C deadlines, shipment statuses, and any issues concerning client orders.
  • Provides innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance sales performance, client reach, and time management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develops an annual sales forecast for both personal clients and those handled by subordinates.
  • Reports the team’s weekly sales performance to the BM and responds to accounting team inquiries regarding strategies to increase weekly revenue and recover lost orders.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and recommends qualified suppliers for the Food Industry in coordination with the Technical Team and BM. Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Manager or their delegate.

Requirement

  • Male/Female. Age: 55 years old
  • Graduated from University
  • Have 05 years of experience selling B2B about food Ingredients/ Additives products
  • Good at English
