Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding, $2500, ID17128)
  • Set and track targets consistently for sales activities, client engagement, and service quality.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow market presence within customer segments, focusing on strategic accounts and A-level customers in various countries.
  • Ensure the team utilizes Salesforce effectively and keep it as the sole reference for tracking sales activities.
  • Oversee national business strategies, ensuring successful market penetration.
  • Execute corporate and country-specific initiatives to align team performance with broader objectives.
  • Regularly assess KPIs to maintain high productivity and profitability.
  • Meet sales targets and financial goals for the country.
  • Manage account receivables carefully to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both the international team and clients.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals, creating a culture of high performance.
  • Recognize and develop team talent by offering mentorship, training, and career development.
  • Support the team’s growth by fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience as the same position in Freight Forwarding industry, specializing in Air and Sea freight operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Leadership skills.
