Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Hospitality, Negotiate, ID16882)
- Consult daily with the General Manager/Residence Manager to align corporate accounts with the sales strategy, driving apartment occupancy and success.
- Lead efforts in merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, conducting site inspections, and booking business to promote Somerset Apart’hotel.
- Take primary responsibility for leasing both long-term and short-term apartments to guests.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their business information is updated.
- Proactively prospect and solicit new corporate accounts while managing existing ones to maximize apartment bookings.
- Handle necessary administrative tasks to support leasing and sales activities efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
Requirement
- Male, female.
- College graduate
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales & marketing management or related position at serviced apartment/Hotels.
- Able to conduct business as management.
- Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism
