Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Logistics, $1700, ID14718)
  • Establish profit targets for the sales team and hold team members accountable for meeting those goals, recognizing and disciplining as appropriate.
  • Achieve a sufficient profit/loss ratio and market share in regard to predetermined criteria, industry and economic trends, as well as sales and margin targets.
  • Ensure that new and existing sales associates receive training and direction.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and operations personnel.
  • Oversee customer acquisition. Build and manage customer relationships & Customer retention
  • Monthly financial analysis: assessing the overall success of current client profiles.
  • Determine the market's current rates.
  • Maintain data accuracy and timeliness in CRM and other programs as needed.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Setting specialized sales target. Sales leader development, including succession planning.
  • Act as both a player and a coach - bring in new business while also coaching sales personnel.
  •  Other tasks and duties as assigned by the GM.


  • Male. Age: 32 - 45 years old
  • Graduated from University or College majoring in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5-6 years of equivalent experience at the same position,have diverse experience in both airfreight, sea freight and transportation 
  • Fluent in English 4 skills, Chinese is an advantage.
