Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Logistics, $1500, ID19948)
- Manage and oversee Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance activities in coordination with team members.
- Provide consultation and support to clients, while negotiating with vendors when necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop business plans and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Assist the General Manager and Sales Team in monitoring sales performance, managing new projects, and achieving business targets.
- Ensure close collaboration with the Operations Department in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Monitor team performance, evaluate employee productivity, and design training programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Initiate and develop new services and business tools to improve market competitiveness.
- Prepare market analysis reports and propose solutions to attract new clients and build long-term customer relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirement
- Male or female, 35–45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics sales at a Japanese or FDI logistics/forwarding company
