- Customer Retention & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Present new products and services to existing customers to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Quickly and effectively manage any customer complaints by working closely with QA and related departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster long-term relationships and build customer loyalty through proactive engagement and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals that address customer needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations between prospective clients and internal senior stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to price products competitively while maintaining profitability
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Ensure data integrity within the company’s CRM and other sales tracking tools.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, sales activities, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35 -45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in FDI precision mechanical manufacturing factories
- Good at English
