Job Description
$4000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Manager (Resin, ID21155) for a Foreign Invested company:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and approaching new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, expand the customer network, and strengthen customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their knowledge, performance, and selling skills.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and business growth.
- Utilize strong understanding of the Vietnam chemical market to drive value-based sales, optimize pricing strategies, and promote technology-oriented solutions.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: under 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree major in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration,.
- Have over 15 years of experience related to Sales
- Experience in the Vietnamese chemical market (PP, PE, PET etc.) is required
- Ability to manage and lead team members
- Good communication in English
