Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Sales Manager (Steel, Open for Korean Expat, ID20064, 4000 USD):
Sales & Operations Management
  • Manage the entire sales process on the ERP system in strict compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Oversee the import-export system for EPE (Export Processing Enterprises), from raw material customs clearance to finished goods shipment.
  • Monitor customer demand, quality control, handle complaints, and update market information such as pricing and trends.
  • Develop and execute raw material procurement plans based on the 16-week SOP framework.
  • Train and manage Sales and Purchasing teams.
  • Prepare and implement weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
  • Manage the full process from raw material ordering to warehouse receipt via the ERP system.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers based on customer demand.
  • Oversee suppliers’ production schedules, shipment processes, and shipping documentation.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and demand forecasts for each customer.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to review and monitor production plans and schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, calls, emails, and messages, as well as face-to-face meetings and business meals.
  • Manage after-sales services, including quality issues and payment collection.
  • Monitor competitor activities to prevent market entry threats and expand business opportunities.
Business Development
  • Develop new customers and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research and business area analysis to identify potential customer segments.
  • Target and approach key customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
  • Continuously engage and nurture potential clients to convert leads into successful business deals.

Requirement

  • Male, under 40 years old, Korean nationality, currently living and working in Vietnam.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the steel or metal processing industry, including slitting/cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and supplying materials for the electronic components supply chain.
  • Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of purchasing management, shipment handling, and import-export operations.
