Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (Oversea, Mechanical, ID15086)

• Promoting the business's current brands and launching new items
• Finding marketing prospects, creating and carrying out new sales strategies
• Handling the inside sales and sales team directly to achieve the organization's operational objectives.
• Evaluate financial statements, create yearly financial plans, plan expenses, and monitor the performance of the inside sales and sales teams.
• Make original sales plans, write compelling emails, promotional materials, and ads; design pricing strategies; and take part in shows as an exhibitor or participant.
• Collect, examine, and compile market data and trends to create reports
• Maintain customer connections with important clients by paying them frequent visits, getting to know their needs, and looking ahead to new marketing opportunities, either personally or with the help of inside sales and sales teams.
• Monitor business plans and marketing developments, ensuring plans are on track and schedule
• Ensure the sample development process and sample quality to move to mass production; follow process for on-time delivery
• Make plans for recruiting and training for the sales and inside sales staff; evaluate staff performance periodically
• Make suggestions to the general director to guarantee the company's operational effectiveness..

• Male/Female. Age: Under 45 years old
• Graduated from university
• Have at least 3 years in a manager position or higher with over 6 years of experience selling mechanical/Wood/Paper products
• Have sales experience to foreign markets 
• Proficient in English
