Prepare accurate and timely cost calculations, quotations, and proposals for customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues or complaints.
Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.
Develop and implement customer retention plans to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Male / Female, Age: 24 – 40
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in technical or related industries / Open to fresh graduates with no experience
Experience selling to manufacturing companies – handling made-to-order products based on customer drawings/specifications
Proficient in Japanese and good command of English for meetings and reporting.
