Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Operation Supervisor ($850, ID19483)

• Assist in controlling sales budgets and performance metrics (Volume/CMI).
• Monitor and manage the accuracy of CRM/SFA data and systems.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive monthly sales forecast reports and track overall sales progress.
• Handle all contract-related procedures (ledger entry, credit application/approval).
• Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including quotations, invoicing and deposit management.
• Confirm feasibility of logistics and delivery.
• Work closely with the Production Planning Department to align sales and production schedules.
• Adjust production plans with the factory as needed and coordinate the management/disposal of stagnant inventory.
• Support risk management activities, especially those related to hedging operations and ensuring proper documentation for order deposits.

• Female, Age: 30-40 years old
• Graduate from University
• Have 4 years of experience in a sales operations role within agricultural processing factories
• Fluent in English
