Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Salesman (Open for Chinese/Taiwanese expats,  2000 USD):
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with Taiwanese and Chinese offshore enterprises (Outbound Chinese companies) in Vietnam.

  • Product Promotion: Promote core products including copper busbars, sheet metal structural parts, electrical components, and radiators.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

  • Project Execution: Participate in client project development, including technical discussions and providing accurate quotations.

  • Sales Conversion: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment and contract signing.

  • Coordination & Communication: * External: Proactively promote company updates and resolve customer queries.

    • Internal: Liaise with technical, production, and quality departments to ensure customer feedback is addressed.

  • Reporting & Strategy: Report regularly on sales progress, resolve business obstacles, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales workflows.

  • Credit Control: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and investigating payment irregularities.

  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets assigned by the company.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer demand to provide data-driven insights for the company’s strategic positioning.

Requirement

  • Nationality: Chinese National (Mandarin native speaker).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales (Experience requirements may be flexible for high-potential candidates).

  • Expertise: Familiarity with the operations and procurement processes of Taiwanese or Chinese manufacturing enterprises.

  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Vietnam or Southeast Asia industrial market.

  • Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese or English is required; candidates fluent in both will be highly prioritized.
